Marcheta G. Hightower, M.Ed., is from the USA, a Special Educator, and has over 25 years teaching and community experience for people with special education needs. She is licensed with Community Development Authority (CDA) as a Social Care Professional in special education. She also has developed professional educator courses for inclusion licensed under KHDA. She is a delegate of the Division of International Special Education Services (DISES).

Dr. Annita Sani is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 3 decades of combined work experience in the USA and the UAE. She specializes in providing assessment and intervention services for children and youth experiencing learning, emotional, social and behavioral difficulties in school and community settings.
